- I have an office with a nice big window
- I have two monitors
- The bathroom has real soap, not that yucky stuff on campus
- Parking- lots of parking! That means no more buses for me.
- There's a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, and silverware
- There's a water cooler
