So remember the balloon flowers that bloomed for me early in the summer? I got a special treat from Mother Nature. I have another batch of them blooming in my patio yard. I was so excited when I saw that first purple bud. I had read somewhere that they sometimes bloom in late summer, so I had been hoping I'd have some more. I just hope they come back next year. They're such a bright spot in my otherwise bland garden.
